Sharon worked with us even though, for most of the time, we were out of town. That meant that she pre-screened places, was available to meet with us on the weekends (when we were in Cleveland), and had an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the city and its various neighborhoods. When we first contacted her, we gave her a list of "ideal" characteristics a house would have: proximity to the Health Line and the Museums, a balcony, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, proximity to restaurants, etc. We had no expectation that all of our ideal characteristics would be met--but Sharon found us a place that has all of them. She also guided us through the process of what to do when another potential buyer was bidding on the same property. In addition, it had been over 40 years since we'd bought a house and were pretty clueless about all of the steps currently involved in buying a house, and Sharon helped us through those steps, as well.
